PETER'S GRILL VEGETABLE SOUP
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 c. onions, 1/2" cubes 1/2 c. celery, 1/2" cubes 1/2 c. carrots, 1/2" cubes 1/2 c. potatoes, 1/2" cubes 1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes 1/2 tsp. sugar 1 c. frozen mixed vegetables 5 c. water Salt & pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS:
In a kettle saute onions, celery, carrots and potatoes for about 15 minutes.::Add tomatoes, sugar, frozen mixed vegetables and water. Simmer until vegetables are done, about 15 to 20 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste. 6 servings.
